This week was the official kick-off of Holiday recipes and fun in The Family Kitchen and since it is Friday wrap-up time, I wanted to share what I have published this week.  And yes, I do realize that most of these are not healthy and I will be sharing some ideas you can feel less guilty about next week!

‘Skinny’ chocolate covered apples as you can have your chocolate and keep the doctor away!

A Semi-homemade gift of Chocolate & Peppermint covered Sandwich Cookies (main photo at top)

RecipeGirl stopped by to share her Peppermint Kiss Cookies and those have been loved by all!

Since we were sharing a Holiday inspired compound butter, I wanted to toss of out an additional idea with a Lemon Parsley Garlic Butter.

Last night while watching Barbara Walters, I found myself drooling over Oprah Winfrey’s favorite recipes.

Last but certainly not least, Chocolate Gingerbread Biscotti!
