I have mentioned a few times now that I am working on a ‘secret’ project and trust me, it will be revealed very soon, but in the meantime yesterday was a tough one.
My project partner and I had major technology problems, I somehow lost a photo we needed for said project and my friend’s skylight smashed.
Now you know why I wanted to make a Margarita. Yes, Cinco de Mayo is this weekend but in case you can’t wait, I present the Agave Nectar Margarita.
1/2 cup Tequila
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup agave nectar (I used Madhave Light)
1. Combine all ingredients, except the salt, in a shaker and shake well.
2. Run the lime around the margaritas glass, dip the rim into salt.
3. Fill the glass with ice and pour margarita over the ice. Sip and relax.
