I told you I would be using the jalapeno & garlic oil to make some nibbles for the play-off’s today. If you wish, top with additional chopped jalapeno, garlic or garlic powder and some grated Parmesan.
4 Tablespoons jalapeno & garlic infused oil
1/2 cup popcorn kernels
1. Heat the jalapeno & garlic infused oil over medium-high heat in a large pot. Add the popcorn kernels and slowly slide the pot around on the burner.
2. Once the kernels begin popping less frequently, turn off the burner and once there is a few seconds between pops, remove from heat, pour into a large bowl and season with salt if necessary.
3. If you want more flavor on the popcorn, drizzle more oil on top, add chopped jalapeno, garlic powder or even grated Parmesan cheese.
