Don’t fret my pretties – let me explain.
I made a bacon sriracha butter that I slapped on top of angus steak.
You just salivated didn’t ya?
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
2 slices of bacon, finely chopped
4 dashes of Sriracha
2 pinches of salt
2 pinches of ground black pepper
4 Parsley leaves, minced
1. Using a fork, gently mash together the ingredients, place onto some parchment paper (or in bowl covered with plastic wrap), roll and place in the refrigerator to chill.
2. Once steak is cooked, slice up the butter and watch as it melts over the steak.
