On New Year’s Eve, we had some friends over and asked everyone to bring a savory dish to share.

This recipe was a huge winner and is so easy and adaptable. If you want it to be Vegan as well, simply omit the shrimp.

Looks like someone has a resolution to grab food while being photographed (it looks like he is touching the shrimp but he is not nearly as close nor is he on a table).

I love recipes like this! It doesn’t feel like you are being deprived when you have so much deliciousness going on in one dish!
