EatingWell Wednesday: Chili-Rubbed Tilapia

I had Tilapia. I wanted Spice. I made Chili-Rubbed Tilapia from EatingWell Magazine. It is a very quick recipe that you can have on the table in under 10 minutes, especially if you are reheating some brown rice and have a salad ready in the fridge.

If you have young ones, you may wish to cut down on the chili and beware of the salt as I did not carefully read the instructions and used all of the salt in the rub and then grabbed a glass of water
