Hitting the Weights

For some reason, I seem to be more motivated to hit the gym most frequently more when the cooler seasons come. I am not sure why but that is how I roll.  After sneaking off to the gym before the hubby had to work, I stopped off to grab an Iced Coffee with 2% milk.

    I try to exercise every morning before breakfast – I am just not a gym goer. I either go on walks or use an exercise dvd.
