Cupcakes, Costumes & Panera Bread’s Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich

This morning the kids were covered with dye, well, natural dyes that they used to Tie-Dye some shirts at a class. During that time, I was working at a cafe and thinking about the rest of the day and having family time.  After class, we had lunch outside with friends and shared birthday cupcakes.  My husband joined us after mowing the lawn for some costume hunting at the local Toys R Us and Target (resulted in SuperGirl & Ninja).

While we were in Target, I realized that I did not feel well and that I had not eaten lunch so off to the local Panera for an amazing sandwich. I ordered the Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich and an Iced Green Tea.  The sandwich was so good but I was full after half and after looking at the nutritional information online, I see why: the bread. Yes, the hummus and feta have all the fat but the bread adds 390 calories. On the other hand, I will not need dinner after eating the other half of the sandwich.

Are you dressing up for Halloween?
