Eating Rules Goes Unprocessed

Could you go one entire month eating purely unprocessed food? Well, that is exactly what Andrew Wilder is doing.  Andrew has defined unprocessed food is any food that could be made by a person with reasonable skill in a home kitchen with readily available, whole-food ingredients.

Andrew has asked folks to join in the pledge for the month of October.  When I saw what Andrew was doing, I asked if I could contribute in some way (in addition to pledging) and so today, I am honored to be guest posting on Eating Rules.
