Cranberry Sauce is a Thanksgiving staple and although everyone demands it on the Thanksgiving Menu, it is often a familiar leftover. So, what do you do with the leftover Cranberry Sauce? Yes, you can include it in a sandwich, Panini wtc. but have you ever considered using it as an Appetizer?

You all know that for days after Thanksgiving, the distant aunts, uncles and the littest of cousins drop by, so turn the leftover cranberry sauce into a quick and easy appetizer.

Simply toast baguette slices under the broiler. Top with cream cheese , goat cheese or whatever leftover spreadable cheeses you have and top with a cranberry sauce. You may even consider trying a bit of the leftover salad under the cranberry sauce.

What other creative ways do you use your leftover cranberry sauce?
