Happy New Year’s Eve 2011: Appetizers, Drinks and Desserts

Happy New Year’s Eve 2011! The countdown to 2011 has begun and I know that many of you are either throwing a  New Year’s Eve party or attending one so I wanted to share an great selection of party foods including appetizers, desserts and drinks for you to make or even bring to a party.

I know you are your fun party hats and horns ready to go but don’t forget the toss some confetti in the air and regret it the next day when you have to vacuum it up.

Appetizers:
Parmesan Pigs in a Blanket

Shrimp Mango Salsa Phyllo Cups

Thai Chicken Salad

Feta & Camelized Onion Tarts

Dessert:
Cranberry Banana Cheesecake

Drinks:
Eggnog Float & Red and Butter

Mushroom & Basil Crostini

Antipasto Caprese Kabobs
