2. Have fun with food

Our journey with food has been a winding road, but one of the consistant things has been dipping sauces. Almost anything can be eaten dipped in ketchup and/or ranch and at our house has. My oldest will now eat a raw kale ceasar salad and actually asks for more.

I feel your pain! Mine claim to “not be used to….”. I have them tongue tastes and just keep plugging away. Sometimes I give the food odd names like alien heads for brussel sprouts, bug guts for anything mashed, and so forth…..
