Mini-Bison Meatball Whole Wheat Pizza

Go ahead and join in with the kids and sing ‘To the mom who ripped her pants….’

There is a tune from some spongebob show called ‘to the fool who ripped his pants’…..well, this mom ripped her pants.

The story goes like this: I decided to use some bison meatballs on a pizza and sure enough, while prepping the pizza, one rolled off the table.

Instead of bending over, I crouched down and ‘Riiiippppppp’. All noises in the kitchen seized while we assessed the situation.

I reached back thinking the rip occurred in the back-end but I found I had a new knee ventilation system.

This morning, I had forgotten about the ripped knee and went to put my jeans on, quickly inserting my foot into the pant leg, and before I knew it went ‘beep’ over tea kettle onto the floor as my foot had gotten jammed into the knee hole.

Laugh all you want.

1. Preheat the oven to the instructions on the premade crust or recipe for the homemade crust.

2. Spread the sauce evenly over the crust, top with sauce, cheese and meatballs.

The silver lining of this story: that it wasn’t the backend. 🙂 The pizza looks fantastic.
