I have shared countless stories and tips about feeding your kids and feisty attitudes yet I have another one! Personally, I love a feisty attitude as I like to take on the challenge.
Lucky for us, my son offers plenty of these challenges. I called to him the other day saying ‘Come try these mashed potato pancakes’. He replied ‘I don’t like them!’. I said ‘Oh really, cause I just ate one with ketchup and they were a….ma….zing! He said ‘Then bring me some but only with ketchup and come look at what I made’.

LOVE mashed sweet potato pancakes. He’s adorable, Jen. I’m always telling my kids the orange potatoes are just like candy. It works when I add lots of brown sugar. Will have to try ketchup
