Alrighty ladies & gentlemen, it is time to work the butt and legs by performing the Bent Leg Donkey Kick Exercise.

Are you thinking ‘What in the world is a Donkey Kick?’ Can I do it to my spouse? You silly people, it is the next exercise we will be doing daily for the next two week.

Let’s perform 20 per leg minimally and yes, I expect you to try build up to 30 or more by the end of the 2-week period.
