Backside Challenge #4 : Dumbbell Straight-Leg Deadlift

How is the view looking back there? Are things ‘firming’ up?

For the next two weeks, we will be performing the Dumbbell Straight-Leg Deadlift. Love these!

Let’s perform a minimal 20 reps with some sort of weight in each hand and try build up to 30 or more by the end of the 2-week period.
