A Day In The Life: Power Breakfast, Cherries & Coconut Milk

Apparently, I think odd food combinations such as steel cut oats served with a side of sweet potato fries are a good mix because that is what I ordered for breakfast Monday morning. I had the pleasure of dining with my former supervisor from my Pharmaceutical company days.

I thoughtfully showed up 30 minutes late. Nice right? Luckily, she forgave me and we set about catching up and talking Science. It made me realize that I do want to exercise my Science knowledge again. Stay tuned on that topic.

I headed home to work a few hours then asked my husband to make another appointment with the ENT cause, like, I am that determined to solve this vocal cord issue ASAP. Then I headed to take care of some errands.

While at Stop & Shop, I spotted these! Are you a cherry lover? What are some of your favorite recipes?

I also decided to grab a carton of this coconut milk as I was told it rocks in Iced Coffee. I’ll bite.

I also picked this up for my ______. Yes, you know.

Finally, the peeps at Klout noticed that I have wrinkles.
