I Want My Bikini Body Express by Valerie Waters Review & Results

Recall about 7 weeks ago I mentioned that I was starting my 3-week Bikini Body Express Program? Forgive my review tardiness as my hubby has been doing some posts for me while my neck/upper back heals from the car accident.

I know you are wondering if I lost any weight or saw any body changes. I did lose two lbs. which actually surprised me as I was sneaking some ice cream thanks to my vocal cord injury (jeez, I sound like a wreck eh?). I found that my legs, butt and abdominal muscles were challenged way more than I expected and the Valslides add so much to the workouts. Plus, my kids love them and try to copy the exercises!

I loved this program by Valerie Waters so much that as soon as my nasty whip-lash is gone, I am doing it again (losing weight will be a goal this time since I have not seen the gym in a month & the Hashimoto’s is making it a bit of a challenge to maintain weight).

As you can see in the photo above, the first thing I did was print all of the documents and  separate them into 8 different sections: Outline, Plan, Recipes, Cardio, Fast 5 and the 3 workouts. The key to me to sticking with any program is to get organized before you start. Got that? Good.

More thoughts about the Bikini Body Express Program:

Pros:
*Completely portable.
*Easy to modify exercises.
*Valslides = One size fits all , elevates even the most basic exercise to a challenging one & can even help you do faster reps.
*Do not need a gym membership.
*Custom plans based on your budget.
*Fast 5 is a short and intense workout bonus for those days that you have no more than 20 minutes to workout.
* There are 3 challenges for each week and you track your score for each exercise – fun to see you improve or push yourself to improve your scores.
*For those who enjoy writing your goals, there are ‘Intentions’ & ‘Motivation’ sections where you write down your goals and how you plan to achieve them. Putting them down as commitments sure does help me stick to my goals.
* RESULTS happen!

Cons:
*Some of the recipes are not included which can lead to guessing and not sticking to the plan as intended.

Speaking of videos, this is a Bikini Body Express exercise session with Valerie Waters – see how awesome it is!!

*Disclaimer: These Bikini Body Express Program and Valislides were provided to me to review as a FitFluential Ambassador. The opinions are mine and in my opinion, awesome.

I received PDF’s. You would have to see what the options are on the website.
