Fitness Friday: What Do You Drink?

Happy Friday to you! My Friday was going well until about 12:30 today when my GI tract began complaining. You do not need to know anymore than that except that I am thinking about fluids right now.

Which made me think about people I know that have kicked the soda habit but do not enjoy water. They know they should not consume too much juice or coffee either. So, what do you drink then? I started looking around on Pinterest and saw a few ideas so I though I would share and then ask you:

What do you drink everyday to stay hydrated?

p.s. Some have said that beer has some health benefits as well so if you are nearby, head to the Mohegan Sun Brewfest this weekend. After a good workout of course!

    I’m boring but I love water w lemon. Thankfully, I’ve never liked soda at all, ick. I do love my coffee and iced tea which of course are diuretics so it’s a good thing I can’t get enough water. OH! and I love coconut water 😉
