Phew, the site is back up and running. Did you notice I was missing? Now that the site is back, I have some items to share.

First up, a quick summary of the past few days and then I will share the final slow cooker recipe in a separate post.

Last week I received some more trigger point cortisone injections for my neck & shoulders. It is now Monday and I am starting to feel the pain relief so I am happy about that.

Friday night I had to make a trip Providence and on the way home I made a quick return to Anthro & stopped at Starbucks for a latte – it was extra frothy and did its’ job because I was awake until 11:30.

I have enjoyed watching the kids foster their Lego creativity over the past week. This photo below shoes the ‘White House’ and security team that protects the President. Realistic looking right?

My hubby is now onto the task of installing trim around the walls in the basement…..

On Sunday, I was able to get to the gym to do a bike ride, gentle leg exercises and a few strengthening exercises that my physical therapist wants me to do including 30 second Bosu ball planks.

Finally late Sunday afternoon, my daughter and I watched the red carpet fashions while we ‘tattooed’ our feets and ankles.
