Fitness Friday with Backside Challenge: Donkey Kicks & Deadlifts

Feeling any difference in the back-end area? Trust me, stick to it and you will for sure.

I was toying with the idea of adding a triceps exercise to this but decided to simply go with two backside exercises this week.

Do you best to do TWO SETS.

We will start with Donkey Kicks: Do 20 on each leg. Two sets.

Straight Leg Deadlift: 20 reps. 2 sets. No need to use dumbbells unless you wish.
