Bacon & Broccoli Chicken Ranch Pizza Recipe

You already know that I am on a leftover chicken kick right now. I am also on a fun pizza recipe kick and love to find new ways for all of us to use items you may already have lurking in your pantry, fridge or freezer and remix a classic recipe using such items.

One such item is ranch dressing. I recently found that Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing now offers an organic version and jumped at the chance to create a recipe using it.

Bacon Chicken Ranch Pizza 2

Bacon & Broccoli Chicken Ranch Pizza Recipe (Yield = 8 slices)
Ingredients:
1 prepared pizza crust
4 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Organic Original Ranch®
1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2-1 cup leftover chicken, torn or chopped
1/2 large tomato, chopped
4 slices of bacon, partially cooked and chopped
4 pieces of broccoli crowns, chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven according to package instructions. If you wish to use a pizza stone, place it in oven for a minimum of 20 minutes before you cook the pizza.

2. Prepare the pizza by spreading the ranch dressing onto the crust. Top with 1/2 the mozzarella, chicken, tomato, bacon and broccoli. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top and bake according to package directions.

3. Remove the pizza, spice up and serve warm.

By the way, our daughter likes to read books while munching on pizza.
