Piña Colada Protein Smoothie Recipe

Back in March, I was hired to create some smoothie recipes for the Designer Whey protein powder company.

I wanted to create some super yummy, fun and creative protein shakes/smoothies that they would be proud to publish on their recipe page and you would enjoy too!

Please go see all of the amazing recipes using their protein powders including the new to me White Chocolate. Yum!

Piña Colada Smoothie (Makes 1 smoothie)
Ingredients:
1 scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla protein powder
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup fresh, ripe pineapple chunks
6 ice cubes
1 Tablespoon ground chia seed, optional
1/2 packet stevia- sweetened to taste, optional

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for one minute. If you use frozen pineapple, you can reduce the amount of ice cubes
