Grilled Chicken, Berries & Pecan Salad Recipe

Memorial Day marks the start to summer and any day now you will start seeing many variations of salads with berries and other miscellaneous accoutrements tossed in for fun.

You can toss on any dressing you like, use whatever cheese you want, any nut, and any lettuce that you wish.

Don’t you love flexibility?

Roast Chicken & Berry Salad Recipe (per person)
Ingredients:
A handful of lettuce
1/2 grilled chicken breast, chopped
1/2 celery stalk, minced
A handful of chopped fresh strawberries
A handful of chopped fresh blueberries
A handful of pecans
A handful of blue cheese

Directions:
Toss all of the ingredients into a bowl, drizzle on your favorite dressing and dig in.
