Spicy Sriracha Black Bean Dip Recipe

It is not all about the kids you know; sometimes, it is just about me and the hubby. Since we both work at home, I can whip up some snacks just for us.

It is important to keep your marriage ‘spicy’ you know. Wink, Wink

Spicy Sriracha Black Bean & Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
15 oz. can of organic black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup roughly chopped red onion
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
A handful of fresh parsley
2 tablespoons sriracha or any hot sauce

Directions:
Starting with the vinegar, place each item into a food processor or mini-chopper and pulse until well blended.

    I love spicy dips! This is a great idea, and would be a perfect afternoon snack. And because it’s made with black beans and therefore healthy, I won’t feel too guilty eating more chips with it hehehe
