This is stupid good.

You know what I mean right? a silly spur-of-the-moment idea that ends up tasting so good when you really didn’t expect it?

Yup, this soup is stupid good.

I am going to be lazy and not spell out the entire recipe because I shared a chicken noodle soup before, but I insist you get creative with your noodles, add lots of chunky veggies and have extra water/broth/stock nearby in case your noodles get all selfish and suck up too much liquid.

So, here is what you do my friends:

1. Make the soup

2. Toss in some frank’s buffalo sauce

3. Toss in some blue or gorgonzola cheese (or cheddar and feta like I did since I had no other cheeses).
