Roasted Jalapeno & Garlic Potato Recipe {Vegan, Vegetarian & No Sugar Added}

See how far one oil infused recipe can go?!

Always keep in mind, that a few choice condiments can make boring turn into interesting.

Roasted Jalapeno & Garlic Potato Recipe (Yield = 4 sides)
Ingredients:
2 lbs. baby red potatoes
2-3 tablespoons jalapeno & garlic infused oil
Coarse salt & ground black pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Cut into ~1 1/2 inch pieces and place into a large bowl.

3. Drizzle jalapeno & garlic infused oil on top of the potatoes, toss well and bake for 20 minutes. If necessary, bake for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt & ground black pepper.

What, is this not spicy enough for you? Then toss on a few dashes of Sriracha.
