Refreshing Kale Salad Recipe {Clean, Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free}

This kale salad recipe is refreshing because it is chock full of cabbage, carrots, golden raisins and tons of nutrients!

We are growing Kale in our garden this year so when I spied a kale salad recipe at a restaurant last week, it inspired my to create me own version.

Refreshing Kale Salad Recipe (Yield = 1)
Ingredients:
1 cup torn/chopped kale
1/4 cup golden raisins
1-2 Tablespoons chopped red cabbage
1-2 Tablespoons shredded carrots

Directions:
Toss all of the ingredients (in any quantity you want) and top with your favorite dressing.
