Spicy Basil Pesto Mini Bison Meatball Recipe

Wow, just the title is a mouthful. Speaking of mouthfuls, you can fit a few of these mini-meatballs in your mouth.

And you will want to because they are good.

And fun.

Like tasty, cute and fun.

Cause they are small.

Kids are small too.

And cute.

But don’t nibble on them.

Spicy Basil Pesto Mini Bison Meatball Recipe (Yield a few dozen mini-meatballs)
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground bison
1 egg
1/3-1/2 cup bread crumbs
4 tablespoons spicy basil pesto (or any pesto)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, please all ingredients and, using your hands, mix gently.
3. Form mini-meatballs and place on a cooling sheet placed inside of a baking pan. You can also simply bake them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes.
